This is my new Positive Thinking Blog. After watching a  Ted Talk on positive psychology, I have decided to identify three positive things (or things to be grateful for) every day, and blog in greater detail about one positive thing weekly.

The Ted talk suggested that we all get stuck in the cycle of

Work Harder
Become Successful
Be happier

However, as we become more successful, our brain changes the goalposts of success and we therefor never achieve step 3. So, turning it on it's head. lets try and be happy first. Then, success may drop out of it, or eve if it doesn't we are still happy!!!
